Cream Cheese-Feta-Olive-Parsley Spread Recipe

NOTES FROM HACKED RECIPE: Try this Frenchified spread the next time you want to channel your inner Euro. It’s a great accompaniment to roasted chicken, fresh-cut cucumber, or roasted beets.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 oz feta
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp black (Kalamata) olives, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place 4 ounces softened cream cheese mixed with feta (3:1 ratio), 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Italian parsley, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste in a small bowl and stir to combine. Add 1 tablespoon chopped black (Kalamata) olives and stir until well incorporated.
