Fried Eggs Drizzled with Soy Sauce Recipe

Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: 10 mins | Active Time: | Makes: 2 servings

Serve it all over a big piece of toasted country-style bread or eat it like it is; and you’ll see why this versatile dish has a place at the table any hour of the day.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or less
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce or how much you want
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Turn off when it starts to make sounds.
  2. Return it to medium heat, and add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. When it shimmers, add the eggs and fry until set, bubbly, and brown on the edges and the pan is almost dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Place 2 eggs on each plate. Season with freshly ground black pepper, and serve with toast. Add the soy sauce.
  4. Pair it with orange juice or any other kind of juice you like to drink. Enjoy!
