Fried Eggs Drizzled with Soy Sauce Recipe
Serve it all over a big piece of toasted country-style bread or eat it like it is; and you’ll see why this versatile dish has a place at the table any hour of the day.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or less
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce or how much you want
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Turn off when it starts to make sounds.
- Return it to medium heat, and add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. When it shimmers, add the eggs and fry until set, bubbly, and brown on the edges and the pan is almost dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Place 2 eggs on each plate. Season with freshly ground black pepper, and serve with toast. Add the soy sauce.
- Pair it with orange juice or any other kind of juice you like to drink. Enjoy!
