Yogurt Trifle with Pomegranate, Pear, and Dates Recipe
An ordinary breakfast parfait goes exotic with dried and fresh fruit.

- plain yogurt 1 cup
- pear 1 cup
- dates 1/4 cup
- pomegranate 3/4 cup
- honey to taste
- In a small bowl, layer 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup small-dice pear, 1 heaping tablespoon pitted, small-dice Medjool dates, 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, and honey to taste. Repeat twice more.
