Homemade Mac and Cheese

You could just inject the fat from this directly into your ass, but this is tastier.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 TBSP Butter
- 2 TBSP Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese or Sour Cream
- 2 TBSP stone ground mustard
- 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 ounces Elbow Macaroni Noodles (cooked)
- 4 TBSP Butter
- 1 cup Tim's Cascade Potato Chips
- Cooked crispy bacon bits
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large stock pot, cook macaroni noodles until al dente. Set aside. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large saute pan, melt 4 TBSP butter over medium-low heat.
- Add flour and mix until creamy.
- Next, add milk and cream cheese or sour cream. Stir until melted & combined.
- Add mustard & bacon & stir into mixture.
- Add 2 cups cheese. Stir until melted.
- Add, cooked macaroni noodles.
- Mix until covered with cheese mixture.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 oven proof baking dish.
- Top macaroni mixture with remaining 2 cups cheese and crumble chips on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
