Homemade Mac and Cheese Recipe

Total Time: 40-45 minutes | Active Time: | Makes: 6-8 servings

You could just inject the fat from this directly into your ass, but this is tastier.

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 TBSP Butter
  • 2 TBSP Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese or Sour Cream
  • 2 TBSP stone ground mustard
  • 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 ounces Elbow Macaroni Noodles (cooked)
  • 4 TBSP Butter
  • 1 cup Tim's Cascade Potato Chips
  • Cooked crispy bacon bits
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a large stock pot, cook macaroni noodles until al dente. Set aside. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large saute pan, melt 4 TBSP butter over medium-low heat.
  3. Add flour and mix until creamy.
  4. Next, add milk and cream cheese or sour cream. Stir until melted & combined.
  5. Add mustard & bacon & stir into mixture.
  6. Add 2 cups cheese. Stir until melted.
  7. Add, cooked macaroni noodles.
  8. Mix until covered with cheese mixture.
  9. Pour into a greased 9×13 oven proof baking dish.
  10. Top macaroni mixture with remaining 2 cups cheese and crumble chips on top.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
  12. Enjoy!!
