Leftovers are convenient, they lessen waste, and they increase money in your pocket. But don't forget the deliciousness factor. A chicken roasted one night offers many additional nights (or days) of enjoyment. And in some cases, like when a day-old container of white rice becomes tasty veggie fried rice, what you end up with is better than what you started with.
