Forget the calorie counting and the restrictions. Healthy eating is (or should be) intuitive. That doesn't mean it's easy or what you want to think about when what you really want is that cheeseburger. But maybe a cheeseburger every once in a while is OK. A healthy diet and good nutrition come down to moderation, variety, and natural, unprocessed foods. It means cooking for yourself and not giving in to "superfood" fads.
