Father’s Day is an easy one, right? One card plus one tie equals instant Dad appreciation. Not so fast! This year, it’s the Brazilian-style French toast, not the greeting card, that’s sugarcoated; gifts come wrapped in prosciutto. (We’re talking scrambled eggs, not neckwear.) At Dad’s first waking moment, be ready with fresh watermelon juice. Round things out with sweet marinated mango.
