Drool to the provocative sounds of frying Filipino pork haunches… and groan with vicarious ecstacy as you sample sacred buttery offerings from the magical street cart of the Jackson Heights Arepa Lady.
There’s also more conventional programming: interviews, editorials, and the ever-popular “Ask the Chowhound.”
Note: this is very much a work in progress. We’re working on some cool theme music, gradually building up an archive of programs, and Jim’s getting the hang of all this recording and editing equipment…so please bear with us!
