5-Cup Rice Cooker and Steamer

Very nice rice

Dubbed (by us) the Rolls-Royce of rice cookers, this one does triple duty as a warmer, steamer, and slow cooker. But even if you use it solely for rice, it’s worth it: This titanium-coated beauty has settings for nearly every type, from white to brown, sticky to sprouted.

We have this one and it's very competent. We haven't tried one of those induction heat models yet because this on works great.

Decent product. Better prices here.

I ain't saying is going to make bad rice, mainly because I simply have not seen the product with my own two eyes, I can't judge a products quality, but one thing for sure, you need to be careful with the inner pot, for anything aside from rice and water, the inner pot is in danger of being exposed to chemical reactions with salt or any other type of spices or flavor enhancers.
The other thing, is if you want to really be healthy, you should not by a rice cooker with an inner pot that is non-stick, stainless steel is the way to go and for that size it can be cheaper than that. For instance, Tatung might not be chick like Sanyo or Zojirushi or Tiger, but it is stainless steel in the inner pot, and it can also do multiple things. The only disadvantage aside from look is the very firm cover that most electric rice cookers have.
