Make This Pork-n-Chocolate Crostini
Check out this tasty appetizer from the Tavern at Lark Creek in Larkspur, California: melted Mexican chocolate on a toasted baguette, topped with a slice of spicy Spanish chorizo. Lots of chefs are doing things with chorizo these days, but this is the first time we’ve seen it in this kind of sweet-savory presentation. Seems like a tasty, easy thing to throw together for a dinner party, to serve while your guests drink margaritas. And hey, we’ve got the recipe!

Laurelhurst Market, a new restaurant in Portland, is serving a margarita style drink with tequila that is infused with chorizo. Haven't tasted it, but I know that the man coming up with the drinks (Evan Zimmerman) is well known for coming up with delicious concoctions. Can't wait to taste this!
Is the chocolate definitely sweet, not bittersweet?
