Upscale Cal-Chinese dim sum and fusion cuisine using seasonal, natural and often organic ingredients that is both trans fat free and MSG free.

The portions can be on the small side and the prices on the high side.

They will accommodate many food preparation requests by offering wheat-free menu selections, eliminating the use of peanuts, and providing a variety of vegetarian options.

The sophisticated room, like the food, is also a fusion of modern and traditional. There is a take-home store on the side of the restaurant.

A few of the dishes:

• Organic Mache’ Steamed Dumpling filled with 100% all natural chicken, akes, European lettuce greens (mache’)

• Minced Lamb in Raddichio Cups stir fry of ground lamb, chili peppers, Indian eggplant, mint leaves and garlic

• Fresh Cut Asian Fries (sweet or regular potato) with garlic, green onions and mitsuba (Japanese cilantro)

• Fragrant Fried Calamari in a light batter, finished with cilantro, lemongrass, mild jalepeno, garlic and fresh lime

• Imperial Pot Stickers stuffed with ground pork, green cabbage and fresh Hawaiian ginger

• Orange Peel Duck (half a duck, Reinhart Farms) roasted and glazed with a fresh orange juice marinade

• Kung Pao Chicken (100% all natural) with red chili peppers, onions, water chestnuts, celery and roasted cashews
