Chef/owner Philippe Jeanty opened this bistro in 1998 and serves classic French Bistro cuisine. The tomato soup in puff pastry is a signature dish.

Great country french. Consistently good. Cassoulet is generally better at dinner than lunch because of the additional time cooking, unless you're lucky enough to get some of yesterday's batch. Yum.
