The "dinner impossible" owns it and is often there at the bar when he is in town. I was a trooper on HHI for years and really good can be hard to come by there.
To me EAT! is great food and maybe the best place to eat in Beaufort county.

I am a fan of EAT! It is Robert Irvines (Dinner Impossible) place and he is alway there when not traveling. Small Plate, great wine, Fantastic Service!
Truffles on the south end is good also. Hilton Head is not the food place you would think it is but these two are really good IMHO.
