Karls has been around since 1958 producing sausages. In addition to their sausages they also have a full European Market. If you are craving lean, handcrafted sausage- this is the place. Also check out the bacon, smoke pork chops and chocolate. When you are there be sure to ask for a taste of the Beerwurst or a salami. At Christmas time the place is bursting with Stollen and Holiday Chocolates.
