Highly second Steve's recommendation of BlackSalt. Brilliant seafood restaurant - I think it hits all your requirements. REPLY (20 Replies)
Blacksalt is a wonderful seafood restaurant -- assuming you have a car, as it is not near a Metro station. It would be easy to spend more than $50 - 60 per person there, but possible to stay within that budget. REPLY (3 Replies)
