Barrio Tequila - St. Paul

Went there thinking we were going to get some high end tacos. Let me start by saying the Carnita's taco was very good. The rest of teh dinner was just pedestrian. After a $12 tequila shot, we ended up spending $85 and walked out not very happy with the quality. If you like Tequila, this may be teh place for you, otherwisenot so much. I would not recomment this spot..I was really excited about trying it out but the service was awful and the food portions were very, VERY small. The service there is crappy, I went for lunch ,The spicy shrimp taco was dry and the grilled skirt steak taco was bland and had NO flavor. NONE. I had to wait twenty minutes for my meal to be brought out and this was after my co-worker received hers. We were looking forward to trying Barrio St Pail but were very disappointed. Our group of six ordered 2 orders of Guac, crab empanadas, fundido some small tostadas with pork and drinks. The guac was good. The $9 Margarita I bought was good but was about 2 -3 oz of drink in a small martini glass. The small plates were forgettable.
