Unlike Starbucks, or Centro, which has the ambiance of a of a brightly lit, empty hallway, Sierra Rizing has a homey feel. The woman that works there...who seems to be there every second the place is open, is very friendly. The pastries and bread are excellent, and the coffee is the best in town.
