Gluten-Free Vegan Pizza? Be still my beating heart.

Pizza was the hardest thing for me to give up when I was diagnosed with gluten, dairy and egg allergies. It was my last hold out -- I would sacrifice my health just to have that delicious triangle of cheese and sauce covered bread.

Amici's makes a pretty good substitute but it's not quite like the pizza we all know and love. The soy cheese ends up kind of clumpy and make sure you ask for "light crust" with the Gluten-Free pizza, otherwise it can get kind of burned and bitter. Although, when you can't eat pizza and you have an intolerable craving, it's an invaluable option to have. My personal favorite is the Gluten-Free Vegan Asanté, which is loaded with herbs and veggies.

It's going to put a hole in your pocket with their already expensive prices and almost $5 more for the Gluten-Free crust, but it's good treat every once and a while. And they deliver, for free.-COLLAPSE
