You don't mention geography - but if San Pedro is within your acceptable radius - I am a huge fan of the 22dn street landing on (surprise) 22nd street with a marina view out to the pacific. Well done seafood and good bloody mary's can kill and entire afternoon - especially if sitting outside on the balcony.
