LE ROUGE ET BLANC

Bubble tea originated in the 1980s in Taiwan and LE ROUGE ET BLANC has finally brought it to Volusia County in 2009. It is a tea beverage that contains gelatinous tapioca pearls. The tea is made through a “bubbling” process, hence the name “Bubble tea.” Bubble tea comes in many different flavors.

There are two types of bubble tea.

• Fruit-flavored tea- The flavoring added can be in the form of syrup, pulp, powder, or fruit juice.

• Milk teas- Milk teas are usually made with milk, cream or non-dairy creamers. They add an extraordinary flavor to the tea. Flavoring may or may not be included in milk teas.

Bubble tea stores have made their presence felt all across the world and for the first time ever, LE ROUGE ET BLANC has brought a bubble tea store next to you in Volusia County.

We are open late till 2AM to cater to those people who want to stop by after dinner or for students that need to stay up late to study for an exam. We can also host private parties and events.
