John Marquez has worked with some great chefs including Julian Serrano (Picasso), Thomas Keller (both at the French Laundry and Per Se) and Daniel Patterson (Elisabeth Daniel and Coi). It is clearly a work in progress (they opened in mid-March) but it is already getting the buzz. The kitchen is on its game and thus far we’ve found the food to be excellent. Prices are very reasonable and its setting in an old house (site of the former Cafe Barbara and Gigi) is lovely. The brick patio is very inviting and a great choice for outdoor dining. Private parking lot and Street parking is easy. Resevations via their web site or Open Table. Recommended.
