I love their Cyprus Special, which is a skewer of chicken and koobideh kabob. But I just catered a party for 22 and served Khoreshteh Bademjan with Rice as the main course with chicken kabob (fresh off their grill). I was surprised how many of my meatlover friends loved the bademjan. It was soooo flavorful.
