Terra Burger specializes in a new approach to quick-service dining. The restaurant is taking the initiative to being more environmentally responsible, i.e. 95% of the menu is certified USDA Organic, and all the packaging is either compostable or recyclable. Furthermore, the restaurant is comprised of recycled building materials, from the counter-tops to the energy-saving windows, and all the way down to the certified organic dining furniture.
