Executive Chef/owner, Bob Hurley adds some Mediterranean and Middle Eastern touches to the primarily American menu. There are dishes such as
- Squash Blossom Fritters stuffed with herbed goat cheese, green bean & frisée
salad, roasted red pepper & tomato coulis
- Grilled Moroccan Beef Skewers, Mediterranean salad, hummus, grilled flat bread
- Roasted Chicken lemon preserve, caramelized pearl onions, fresh English peas,“macaroni & cheese"
There is usually wild game on the menu and the late night bar menu features wild boar sliders.
There are at least three or four vegetarian entrees to choose from.

Event Facilities: Private dining room accomodates 20 – 42. Vitner’s table seats 8 to 14 (not private).
