»Fantastic Middle Eastern food
I was blown away by the quality of food served at Wafas. It's probably the best Middle Eastern food I've tasted in NYC. I'm a vegetarian so finding Wafas was a dream-come-true. Furthermore, the prices are reasonable, the quantities are generous and the ambiance is pleasant. It's a family-run restaurant and so there's lots of love and caring in all that the family does to satisfy customers. I can't wait to return.-COLLAPSE / REPLY (1 Reply)

Also had the spinach fatayer ($1.50). Everything was very well flavored and super delicious. The pita was thin, warm and tasty. Their homemade hot sauce added a nice amount of heat, and I'm enjoying two more spinach fatayer today for lunch.
Overall, a delicious experience that I look forward to having again and again.-COLLAPSE
