Last year a new ice cream truck started coming through our neighborhood. At first we didn't pay any attention to it because we assumed it was one of the trucks that always comes to our area. Well, after it went by our home the first time, we quickly noticed how clean the truck was and we also noticed that they had Soft Serve Ice Cream. The driver, a nice young man who'd just graduated from college and who is helping his uncle build this business, spoke to us, and told us all about thei business. As we get closer and closer to summer in the DFW area, my husban and my children keep hoping to see Mister Softee rolling through our Keller neighborhood,-COLLAPSE
