Products are made with organic flour and locally grown organic produces and products whenever possible. Baked goodies have 0 grams of Trans Fat. The menu is ever changing, based on the fruits and vegetables that are in season.
Eggless and vegan cakes are available
They serve classic European and American pastries, hot sandwiches on their freshly baked breads. They carry a whole line of classic european, american and fusioned cakes and pastries. The coffee is organic.
Sandwiches include focaccias and a number of pita sandwiches. There are a few vegetarian sandwiches. Soup and salad is also available.
