With over 100 franchises throughout the US, this restaurant started in Portland, Oregon in 1953. The signature dishes are
- Dutch baby which is an oven baked pancake served with whipped butter, lemon and topped with powdered sugar
- the apple pancake, a single large baked puffy pancake smothered with sautéed apples and cinnamon sugar
