Fruit flies hovering over our dinner plates and wine. Steaks were all gristle and fat. And over priced. Atmosphere was cute. But the food and service where not good at all. I can understand the fruit flies and freezing dining room if the prices were like 5.99 a steak. But for those prices the place should be bug free and the meat should be excellent. It seems like they are cutting corners where they shouldn't be. I mean.. fruit flies literally swarming our plates. Not so good for a newish restaurant.. overall.... food was under average..... staff was nice, but didn't seem to have any idea what they were doing and it was only us and an other couple there. Sad. really. Disappointing. And local business wonder why they go under. Especially in an economically poor county such as Ashtabula.
