Neptune Oyster for dinner, then drinks at Drink - both unique and amazing Boston spots. Also, Prezza is always good, but I would not recommend to New Yorkers who also have terrific Northern Italian options (and that map showing up READ/REPLY (by se3557 , updated November 14, 2009)
