A great introduction to the food is simply to order the Samya Bajee, the Nepalese appetizer sampler. The Parsi goat thali is really nice. The place has a wonderful way of cooking dal -- steeped in butter and baked dark. Adventurous eaters might try the Sukuti Sadeko -- a lip-pursing Nepalese jerky with mustard oil and lime redolence.-COLLAPSE
