David Loewenberg, widely regarded as one of the East End’s top restaurateurs, is also co-owner of red/bar brasserie in Southampton and sole-owner of The Beacon in Sag Harbor.
Executive Chef: Gretchen Menser
Popular Appetizers: Lobster salad with crème fraiche, navel oranges, citrus, avocado and basil ($16); thinly sliced Serrano ham with monchego, flame grapes and micro greens ($12)
