I agree 100%. Pretty much everything is prepared to order so there are no 'thali' combo type plates with small amounts of several items which is more common in Indian and other restaurants that prepare larger pots of food. Also I called in the order around 7pm and I heard the order taker asking someone if they could still accept orders which I also found rather strange. I don't know about going with a client cause it's not upscale (I'm being kind) but I really love some of the veggie dishes at Tawakal. The eggplant and dal both ordered xtra spicy/hot are trancendent. Other veg dishes, raita, mango lassi and naan are good as well!
