Only one food stand left, on the corner of the road that goes towards the deYoung museum, and John F. Kennedy Drive. The 2nd food stand near the Conservatory Drive was discontinued. In the past there was a 3rd food cart posted near the Beach Chalet but was discontinued long ago. Their website contains outdated info. map
They only sell hot dogs, bratwurst, chicken lemon, hot links, bottled drinks, and ice cream bars. Belly Dog = for $2 your hot dog or sausage is topped with minced housemade kimchee and Kewpie brand Japanese mayo (sweet). Note/warning: the bun gets soggy with those extra toppings.
They do not sell tamales. Ignore anyone that tells you otherwise.
All the specialty sandwiches listed below have been discontinued until further notice.
Pan-Asian Bagnat – Our version of the famous French tuna baguette sandwich. We use fresh diced Fuji apples, kalamata olives, toasted seaweed, sesame seeds, fresh squeezed lemon, scallions and extra virgin olive oil. No mayo! and No Eggs! $4. BLGT 3000 $6.
