Best hardwood smoked salmon I've ever tasted - apart from hardwood smoked salmon that sets the standard - caught in Bristol Bay AK and 'home' smoked with hard wood - this was as good as any I've made or tasted over the years - simply smoky. oily bites of heaven -
if you gom hope what you taste is a fantsatic as what ours was! and all was gone within a mile or two of V F Mkt!!!
