This is the original Patsy’s Pizzeria, opened in 1933 by Patsy Lancieri, under separate ownership from the Patsy’s Pizzeria chain. Not connected with Patsy’s Italian Restaurant on 56th Street.

I went to Patsy's in harlem for the first time. The sauce was excellent. The dough was excellent. The cheese was excellent. The pizza was almost excellent, it could have been cooked a tad longer making it more crispy. I will be back. it was alot better than Lombardi was last week. Went again last night and although they scarcely need it, I have to admit my undying love.
Their plain opie at 12 bucks is a steal.
Oh that coal oven and the burnt crust.
Their salads such as the potobello and the asparagus hit the spot and then some.
My daughter's porcini ravioli was yummy as was the chicken scapariello.
the service is attentive and friendly.
Parking is easy.
