Vegan, organic cuisine served in their café, prepared by the chef and owner, Bob Bouley, formerly of the Evergreen Café in Montpelier, Vermont. Bob has over 25 years of experience in the kitchen and has focused on honing his talents in the area of natural vegan cuisine, for the last seven years.
Menu includes salads and soups, sandwiches, desserts and an ever changing array of eclectic entrees, which will include a daily raw special. They plan to serve vegan pizza as well.
Juice bar and daily baked muffins will be available, baked fresh each morning.
Take out, catering and meals to go will also be available.
