Chef/owners Rob and Allie Levitt scour local farmers markets for produce for Mado. They buy whole pigs and lamb and butcher in-house.
Mado used environmentally friendly cleaning products and has their own water filtration system for diners to have bottled water.
The menu is ever-changing on two chalkboards. It’s BYOB for now, with a liquor license in the works.
