Dumplings, made to order, come in a variety of fillings, such as pork and beef with cabbage, chicken with mushroom, and vegetable with tofu. Special dumplings will be served seasonally. Fresh, hand-pulled noodles in soup with braised pork belly, short ribs and beef stew, poached chicken, and dumplings will be served during the colder months. Shave ice comes in 18 flavors and 4 sugar-free types with a variety of toppings, such as azuki beans, condensed milk, mochi, lychee, fluff, and chocolate syrup.
