This lunch counter is located a separate room in back of a bar called The Bank Club. The restaurant can also be entered through the side alley that has three picnic tables.
Ask about specials since not all dishes are on the menu. Wally is from Lebanon and his wife Angelica is from Mexico City. The tamales are not listed on the menu are made by Agelica’s mom and grandmother using a family recipe.
Specials are availblle on Friday and Saturday. Other dishes usually available but not on the menu are pork chops, tlapia and Lebanese coffee.

Of course there's no single standard for accessibility. You can roll in the door, but that's about it. If you use a manual (push) chair and can get out of it, fold it up and get onto a stool at the counter (or sit at a picnic table), "no problem." But I don't think you'd be comfortable even trying to pick up a to go order.
