Originally a hamburger stand on College Ave. in Oakland. Rocky’s then expanded to downtown Oakland and Concord. Rocky’s owner then sold off his businesses and retired. He has since gotten bored of house improvements and is now running the current shop on Shattuck Ave in Berkeley
