»Sausages from all over
I've tried them all, from the German to the Japanese (duck & fig) sausage. I like 'em all and love about 6 of them. The Swiss is a mild veal sausage that goes great with curry ketchup, the Hungarian a spicy pork, the French a mild chicken sausage with hints of cinnamon and apple, the Alabama Yard Bird a moderately spicy chicken sausage, the Wild West a tasty buffalo sausage and the New Zealander,...+READ I've tried them all, from the German to the Japanese (duck & fig) sausage. For side dishes, try the traditional sauerkraut, the Swiss cheese Spaeztle or the Bavarian tator tots. I love this place and hit them about once a week! Gruess Gott!-COLLAPSE
»TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!
My wife and I tried it yesterday. We were apprehensive to try the exotics, so we opted for a Hebrew National to see first the quality and care they take in their prep. Both the Lady and man seemed upset at the notion and their attitudes changed after that. The woman talked us into something else, a buffalo brat-NO WAY WORTH $6 FOR A SAUSAGE AND BREAD!!! Both the Lady and man seemed upset at the notion and their attitudes changed after that. The woman talked us into something else, a buffalo brat-NO WAY WORTH $6 FOR A SAUSAGE AND BREAD!!! I can get a chilicheese burger, fries and good size drink for the same $6.00 from Tommy's... and it's way better. Here you really don't know what they're feeding you. I felt a little sick afterwards, my wife did not.-COLLAPSE
»Brat Bros is the Best!
I love Brats. There, I said it. I'm from Minnesota, land of East European immigrants, and up there, a broke college student's best shot at surviving winters is with a bellyfull of Brats and local Blatz beer.
Here in LA my palate has grown more sophisticated, so naturally...

Actually, no is hasn't. I still love burgers and brats, and this place makes the best Brats in Los Angeles, and yes I have been to the place on Traction with the name I cannot say or spell.
Brats Brothers has everything you could hope for in a Brat selection, and most are homemade. Duck, lamb, beef, chicken, gator, wild boar, are all offered without MSG or additives. The sides rock - spatezel, sauerkraut, red cabbage, potato salad, etc. The homemade pretzels are amazing.
If I sound like a fan, that's exactly what I am. Wow.-COLLAPSE
