Executive Chef Charles Weber has assembled a seasonal and diverse menu featuring small plate items such as Hamachi tartare with chili zest and radish salad; Monterey calamari with Spanish chorizo broth & oregano, grilled beef bavette with fresh horseradish and pomme puree along with pastas and daily specials using seasonally available produce, seafood and meats.
