I love the burgers at The Four Season's in Austin. It is just so good, simple ingredients of the highest quality. Only my own are better! REPLY (251 Replies) (by David in Texas, created August 12, 2010)

Seek ye the Carpaccio @ Trio at The Four Seasons REPLY (3 Replies) (by stellawine, created April 21, 2010)

Carpaccio in Austin is a no-brainer. IMHAO (In My Humble Ass Opinion) by far the best Carpaccio here in CapCity is served at Trio @ The Four Seasons. Complex, sexy-as-all-get-out / share-me-if-you-dare-to composited of raw/seared/highly-marbled cow glory, adorned with a mini Arugula Salad, with a sunny-side up quail egg riding side saddle. Served to an adjoining diner, I heard, "I love it too much, because the beef's not thin enough". Peppercorn crusted on the outside, drizzled oh-so yep with truffled oil & topped with crumbled Machego cheese. Condition this with half-priced oppo at Susie's Happy Hours, pair with any number of Mark's Mighty Reds....Yep. Scarf-paccio.
