One of the Wat Thai vendors is at this market making Som Tum (papaya salad) which I've had about 4 or 5 times. The first time it was spectacular, once they skimped on the fresh Prik Kee Noo (Thai chilis) and I wasn't happy but the other times it was pretty good. If you want the salted blue crab just ask for it. This vendor also has some other items to snack on.
