but I have to tell you that he knows how to run a first class restaurant - the food in the NY restaurant is superb - the kitchen is helmed by a KIWI - who brings unbelievable dishes to life. Special orders don't upset them - they are not fussy at all -
tasting table - you don't eat anything but vegetable - be prepared for a knockout vegetarian meal
deserts are sublime - that tarte tartin haunts me
the sommelier is professional - unflappable - and can actually source a good wine that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars - just ask
It is of course, despite the prix fixe very pricey - but worth every penny-COLLAPSE
