I had to go to Stamford CT to get an outstanding green enchilada - and I live in southern New Mexico. Comments I overheard "My mouth is so happy", "I have to get my fix at least once a week", and "I never thought I would eat cactus and like it". I wish I could duplicate the layering of favors offered in the enchilada and I regret I could not try every dish offered. I also ate at Antojitos Chapines at 210 Main. Nicely crisp fried chicken, flavorful rice and rich black beans and some of the best fried plantains I've ever had (although a little too much oil which you can blot off).-COLLAPSE
