So I did end up going BUT didn't get to try the DAT menu. Apparently they require the whole table to order off the DAT menu and my friend wanted to off the regular menu. So I did end up going BUT didn't get to try the DAT menu. Apparently they require the whole table to order off the DAT menu and my friend wanted to off the regular menu. So, being the gentleman, I conceded. While that was a disappointment the meal certainly wasn't. Cynsa, you were spot on about the Sweetbreads and Beef Tongue, my friend and I loved it, loved IT! I personally could've had it all night with some bread to clean up the dish. It's a very nice restaurant with excellent service. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful especially in choosing our entrees (Fish of the day, Branzino for my friend and the Beef Tenderloin for me) which were both winners, my Beef was slow cooked, Sous Vide I think and oh so tender and a perfect medium rare. We split a dessert, a hazelnut cake which was okay, but pretty small considering the $10 pricetag.
The DAT menu did look good though, so I'll have to make sure my next dining partner there will be sure to want the DAT menu, but I'd still call this trip a great success.-COLLAPSE
