The Drawing Room restaurant is a 55-seat culinary cocktail lounge, with an interior designed by Hughes N-Cho-Allépot, dedicated to top-flight wines, shared small plate dining and classic cocktails. Prohibition-era cocktails, as well as contemporary cocktails by award-winning Master Bartenders can be served tableside. Dining is from an American contemporary menu designed by James Beard award-winning chef, Shawn McClain and executed by Chef Nick Lacasse, a McClain protégé. The Drawing Room is open Wednesday to Sunday, 4 pm to 4 am, 5 am on Saturdays and reservations can be made by calling (312) 266-2694 or visiting www.OpenTable.com.
