Ok, you might be able to find better, but not within 200 miles. Martino's is a great little Italian deli and grocery run by Martino, down from Jersey. The sandwiches are great, the prepared foods make lunches and dinners at the beach easy, the pasta and provisions do as well and then their are the little treats like chionotto and sansbitter.
